Edventures is an edtech startup whose mission is to promote entrepreneurship by providing personalized entrepreneurship education and guidance to budding entrepreneurs. Our mission was born out of our own entrepreneurial struggles and the desire to enable more people to become self-sufficient through entrepreneurship. By using AI, we can offer personalised and relevant information to each user, at a large scale.
The idea of Edventures first came to Alexander in 2017 when he was working as an entrepreneurship coach at grass-root level in Sweden. Having been engaged in issues pertaining to youth entrepreneurship, he noticed that the most frequent pain points among budding entrepreneurs was the lack of contextual information and continuous support throughout the early stages of the entrepreneurship journey.
By focusing our efforts on personalized entrepreneurship education in a scalable and easily accessible format, we aim to address issues of under- and unemployment among youths and young adults as well as increase their entrepreneurial skills — skills that are much needed in the 21st century.
We’re an all-remote startup with our legal base in Sweden. We come from four different continents and six countries, speaking 14 different languages.
In 2015, the UN settled on 17 sustainability development goals, broken down into targets, to tackle some of our biggest social, economic and environmental challenges. At Edventures, we’re deeply committed to social impact for youths and young adults across the world and we strive to meet these two targets.
