We understand that you entrust Us with certain private information to help Us provide various functionalities and services that helps you grow and learn as an entrepreneur. That’s what Edventures is all about – making your dreams come true. To do so, we need to handle a lot of data, and some of that data will be coming from you. We collect certain information from and about the Devices that you access the Services from and We combine this information across different Devices you use. The device information also helps us conduct user research across our customer demographics, interests and behavior. None of this information may identify you personally. This might only happen if you have any affiliations in the Services and We will never sell your personal data or conversation history to any third party not affiliated with you. We collect only information you intentionally provide through the Services (such as your profile information, business idea(s) and goal(s) that you provide to Us upon registration), as well as some technical information coming from your Device. We do this to support both entrepreneur and admin users to improve their chances of creating viable businesses together. We use aggregated information to make the Services better, to conduct research and for marketing and sales purposes. By understanding how Our users use the Services and by conducting research on the aggregated information, We aim to help more budding entrepreneurs. For these purposes, We only use information at an aggregated level, never on an individual level. In short, we use the unidentified aggregated information and categorise it. For example, if you submit to the Services that you "have a good business idea" and what the idea is, we only categorise that event as "business idea" and what kind of business idea. This categorisation means that the Services can ask relevant supplementary questions. By first processing your information so that it can no longer be linked to you, which happens automatically and without interference by any person, and then merge your information with other users' information, We get something called aggregated information. The aggregated information never contains images, personal names and phone numbers or email addresses, information that otherwise could be linked to you.
It is necessary for us to use third party services, such as Google Cloud Platform (“GCP”) servers to run the Services, XXXXX to understand the use of the app and develop it further, and YYYYYY to give us feedback directly on the Services. For purposes of clarity, you are entitled to terminate your Edventures account at any time. At that point all information connected to your account will be anonymised. However, binding legal requirements may require that We store certain information for various periods of time. In order to comply with these regulations, We may be unable to delete information from Our databases. You can always alter the User Account information you have submitted when creating your User Account, simply by visiting your profile on the Services. We may alter, modify or delete any information you submit to the Services if we believe, at our sole discretion, it is necessary or desirable to do so. We want you to be in control of how your information is used by Us.
